- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
- Combine chicken, breadcrumbs, parmesan, milk, egg, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape into 1.5-inch meatballs and place on the sheet.
- Bake 18–20 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and internal temp 165°F.
- Let rest a few minutes, then serve or store.
