Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp bourbon
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Season salmon fillets with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  3. Combine bourbon, brown sugar, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger in a saucepan.
  4. Simmer the glaze until glossy, about 3–4 minutes.
  5. Place salmon on sheet, brush halfway with glaze, bake 10–12 mins.
  6. Brush remaining glaze halfway through baking.
  7. Remove, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
