- 2 tbsp bourbon
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated

- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Season salmon fillets with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- Combine bourbon, brown sugar, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger in a saucepan.
- Simmer the glaze until glossy, about 3–4 minutes.
- Place salmon on sheet, brush halfway with glaze, bake 10–12 mins.
- Brush remaining glaze halfway through baking.
- Remove, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
