- 2 cups fresh strawberries (hulled and chopped)
- 2 cups water
Instructions
- Soak the tapioca pearls in water for 30 minutes. Drain and cook in boiling water for 10-15 minutes until translucent. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In another saucepan, heat coconut milk and sugar over low heat until sugar dissolves.
- Combine cooked sago with the coconut mixture and let it cool for about 30 minutes.
- Fold in half of the chopped strawberries and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
