  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 1 medium yellow onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a large baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. 2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and diced onion until cooked through. Drain excess fat.
