  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice

Instructions

  4. Arrange coated shrimp on the baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. While shrimp bake, mix sweet chili sauce with lime juice in a small bowl.
