  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 4 slices Gruyère cheese (or Swiss)
  • 4 burger buns (soft yet sturdy)
  • 3 tablespoons butter (divided)
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
