- In a skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add brown sugar and stir until it forms a smooth caramel sauce.
- Add sliced bananas to the skillet and cook for about 2 minutes until coated and softened; remove from heat.
- In a blender, combine chilled eggnog, dark rum, and a pinch of cinnamon; blend on low speed until well mixed.
