  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a large baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart. Drain excess fat if needed.
