- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach, washed
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a large baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook in a skillet over medium-high heat until golden brown (6-7 minutes per side). Let rest before shredding.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, minced garlic, and spinach; mix until smooth.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce in the baking dish. Layer noodles, half of the shredded chicken, half of the cheese mixture; repeat ending with noodles topped with marinara and remaining mozzarella.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
