  • 4 cups mixed greens (romaine lettuce, spinach, arugula)
  • 1 medium cucumber (thinly sliced or julienned)
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • ¼ cup sesame dressing
  • 2 green onions (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook the potstickers according to package instructions—steam or pan-fry until golden brown.
  2. While the potstickers are cooking, wash and dry the mixed greens thoroughly and place them in a large serving bowl.
  3. Add the sliced cucumbers and shredded carrots to the bowl with the mixed greens.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  5. Pour half of the dressing over the salad ingredients; toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
  6. Arrange the cooked potstickers on top of the salad; drizzle with remaining dressing before garnishing with green onions and sesame seeds.
