Instructions

- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine eggs, sour cream (or yogurt), melted butter, and vanilla until smooth. Gradually add to dry ingredients until just combined; do not overmix.
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until creamy.
