  • 1 (12 oz) can chunk light tuna, drained
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a large baking dish.
  2. Cook the egg noodles in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together tuna, spinach, artichoke hearts, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, oregano, and half of the shredded cheese.
  4. Gently fold in the cooked pasta until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
