  • ½ cup coconut flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare the white cake mix according to package instructions and pour into the prepared dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Let the cake cool for about 10 minutes then poke holes all over the top using a fork.
  4. Pour pineapple juice evenly over the warm cake to soak in.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk the vanilla pudding mix with milk until thickened, then spread over the cooled cake.
  6. Top with whipped topping and arrange sliced strawberries on top; sprinkle with coconut flakes if desired. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
