  • 1 lb steak (Sirloin or Ribeye), cubed
  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 45 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the steak cubes, season with salt and pepper, and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt another tablespoon of butter and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Return steak bites to the skillet, tossing them in the sauce until well coated.
  5. Serve warm over a generous portion of rotini and garnish with extra Parmesan if desired.
