- 1 lb steak (Sirloin or Ribeye), cubed
- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 4–5 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rotini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the steak cubes, season with salt and pepper, and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, melt another tablespoon of butter and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Return steak bites to the skillet, tossing them in the sauce until well coated.
- Serve warm over a generous portion of rotini and garnish with extra Parmesan if desired.
