- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

Instructions
- Brown ground pork in a large pot until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced onion, minced garlic, and bell pepper; cook until veggies soften.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and chicken broth. Add cumin, smoked paprika, and chili powder. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add black beans and corn; bring to a gentle boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 25–30 minutes.
