- 8 oz Cool Whip

- 3 oz strawberry gelatin
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown; cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese with remaining sugar until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip until light and fluffy.
- Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled crust; chill for at least an hour.
- In a saucepan, dissolve gelatin in boiling water; let cool slightly and stir in sliced strawberries.
- Pour strawberry mixture over cream cheese layer; chill for an additional two hours until set. Serve chilled.
