  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente; reserve 1 cup of the pasta water before draining.

  4. Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if necessary.
