  • 1 pound fresh or frozen shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 ounces spaghetti or penne pasta
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter with olive oil. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add shrimp. Cook until shrimp are pink and opaque (about 3-5 minutes).
  4. Pour in heavy cream and lemon juice; stir well. Add salt, pepper, and half of each cheese into the mixture until melted.
  5. Combine cooked pasta with the shrimp mixture in a mixing bowl. Transfer to a greased baking dish.
