- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk lime juice, minced garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, and honey. Add chicken breasts, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Rinse rice under cold water until clear. In a saucepan, combine rinsed rice with water and a pinch of salt; bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for about 18 minutes.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and discard the marinade. Grill chicken for 6–7 minutes on each side until cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
