  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add sliced onions and cook until golden brown (15-20 minutes), stirring occasionally.
  3. In another pan, brown the ground sausage over medium-high heat; drain excess grease and mix in caramelized onions.
