Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with paper liners.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, eggs, and oil until smooth; combine with dry ingredients.
- Fill cupcake liners two-thirds full and bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- While cooling, beat cream cheese and butter together; gradually add powdered sugar to achieve desired sweetness.
- Frost cooled cupcakes generously with cream cheese frosting.
