  • 1 cup plant-based milk (almond or oat)

Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, spices, and nuts until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together plant-based milk and maple syrup until smooth.
  4. Gently fold dried fruits into the wet mixture.
  5. Combine both mixtures and stir until just combined to avoid dense puddings.
  6. Spoon batter into molds, filling three-quarters full. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
