Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a greased baking pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream and vanilla; mix until creamy.
- Layer sliced bananas on the crust, then pour half of the cheesecake mixture over them.
- Add sliced strawberries on top, followed by the remaining cheesecake mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight.
- Slice into bars and serve chilled.
