  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated fresh parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb Cajun marinated steak tips (sirloin or ribeye)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
