- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions

- Press the mixture into a tart pan evenly across the bottom and sides. Prick the base with a fork and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, passionfruit pulp, coconut cream, granulated sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Pour filling into the cooled crust and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
- Allow cooling at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
