  • 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef
  • 12 soft slider buns (such as Hawaiian rolls)
  • 8 oz Swiss or cheddar cheese (sliced)
  • 1 large onion (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 12 slices of pickles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the sliced onion until caramelized (about 10 minutes). Set aside.
  3. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Layer roast beef evenly over the bottom half of the buns.
  5. Place slices of cheese over the roast beef.
  6. Spread Dijon mustard on the cut side of the top halves of the buns and place them over the cheese.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and buns are golden brown. Serve warm.
