- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 12 lasagna sheets, cooked and drained
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan, grated
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1/4 cup pesto
- Optional: 1/2 cup Ricotta cheese
- Optional: 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, toss shredded chicken with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and marinara.
- Sear chicken in skillet until golden.
- Combine chicken with remaining marinara.
- Layer sauce, lasagna sheets, chicken mixture, mozzarella, and basil.
- Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes, then bake 15 minutes uncovered.
