  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F). Let rest for five minutes before slicing.
  3. While the chicken rests, wash and chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces.

  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from bottom to top. Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve.
