Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- ½ cup Caesar dressing
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F). Let rest for five minutes before slicing.
- While the chicken rests, wash and chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
