  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce (your favorite)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Remove the membrane from the back of each rib rack for better flavor.
  2. Rinse the ribs under cold water and pat dry. Season both sides generously with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  3. Wrap each rib rack tightly in aluminum foil to lock in moisture.
  4. Place the wrapped ribs on a baking sheet and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.
  5. Unwrap the ribs, brush with barbecue sauce, and optionally broil for an additional 5-7 minutes for caramelization.
