  • 1 pound lean ground beef (or turkey/chicken)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce (preferably homemade)
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin.
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat for 6-8 minutes; drain fat and stir in marinara sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
