- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin.
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat for 6-8 minutes; drain fat and stir in marinara sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Cut noodles into squares fitting each muffin cup. Layer noodle square at the bottom of each cup, followed by ricotta mixture (ricotta mixed with herbs), meat sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat layers until cups are full, ending with mozzarella on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
