  • 8 oz mozzarella balls, halved (bocconcini or ciliegine)
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • ¼ cup pine nuts, toasted
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
