  • 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 8 oz spaghetti (or gluten-free pasta)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. Pour the cream of mushroom soup and diced tomatoes over the chicken.
  3. Sprinkle Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper evenly on top.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is cooked through and shreds easily.
  5. About 30 minutes before serving, cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain well.
  6. Shred the chicken inside the crockpot using two forks and mix everything together before adding cooked spaghetti.
