Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix dry ingredients, add blood for crumb. Lower crust in pan. Bake 18-20 min.
- Whisk eggs, sugar, juice, and zest until smooth. Pour on crust. Bake 12-15 min.
- Cut once cool, dust with powdered sugar.
