- 2 cups powdered sugar (for filling)

Instructions

- Scoop dollops of batter onto baking sheets, leaving space between each.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until puffed up. Let cool on racks.
- For the filling, beat powdered sugar and softened butter together; add milk until desired consistency is reached.
