Description

Create a festive and delicious treat with these Chocolate Dipped Ghost Wafers, perfect for Halloween celebrations! These whimsical snacks combine crispy wafer cookies with rich dark chocolate and playful decorations that kids will love. Ingredients

  • 12 plain or vanilla wafer cookies
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup edible candy eyes
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt dark chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
  3. Dip each wafer halfway into the melted dark chocolate and let excess drip off before placing on the lined sheet.
  4. While still wet, sprinkle coconut flakes onto the dipped part of each wafer.
  5. Melt white chocolate chips in the same way and transfer to a piping bag.
  6. Decorate the top of each wafer with white chocolate and place candy eyes before it sets.
  7. Allow to cool completely before serving.
