  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (vegetarian if needed)
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Clean mushrooms with a damp cloth, then slice thinly. Chop the onion and mince the garlic.
