- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger, grated
- 1 can (14 oz) full-fat coconut milk
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp red chili flakes (adjust to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Season beef with salt and pepper, then brown in batches. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, sauté onions until golden brown. Add garlic and ginger; cook until fragrant.
