Instructions

- Season the turkey breast with salt and pepper and place it in the roasting pan.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine cranberries, orange juice, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, garlic, and thyme. Cook until cranberries burst and the mixture thickens (about 10 minutes).
- Pour half of the glaze over the turkey breast; reserve the rest for basting.
- Roast in the oven for approximately 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), basting every 20 minutes with the remaining glaze.
- Let the turkey rest for about 10 minutes before slicing; drizzle with any leftover glaze for serving.
