- 3–4 lb Beef Chuck Roast
- 1 tbsp Sea Salt
- 1 tbsp Liquid Smoke
Instructions
- Sear the beef chuck roast in a hot pan with oil until browned on all sides.
- Rub sea salt and liquid smoke evenly over the entire surface of the meat.
- Place the seasoned roast into the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours until the meat is tender.
- Remove from the pot and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Shred the beef with two forks and mix back into the cooking juices.
