- 3/4 cup Dutch-processed cocoa powder
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chopped semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F and grease an 8×8 inch pan.
- Mix melted butter and sugar together.
- Whisk in eggs and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Sift in cocoa powder and flour; fold until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and spread into the pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick has moist crumbs.
- Heat heavy cream to a boil, pour over chopped chocolate, and stir until smooth.
- Pour ganache over cooled brownies and top with sprinkles.
