- 4 salmon fillets (6oz each)
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup shaved parmesan cheese
- 2 lemons, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Pat salmon fillets dry and coat thoroughly with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat butter and olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear salmon for 3-4 minutes per side until a dark crust forms; remove and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Toss chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing in a large bowl.
- Briefly warm tortillas in a pan or microwave to make them pliable.
- Place a handful of dressed lettuce in the center of each tortilla.
- Top with a salmon fillet and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly to assemble the wraps.
