Spicy Cajun-seared salmon fillets paired with crisp romaine lettuce and creamy Caesar dressing, all wrapped in a toasted flour tortilla.

- 4 salmon fillets
- 3 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 lemon (cut into wedges)
Instructions
- Pat salmon fillets dry and rub with Cajun seasoning on the flesh side.
- Heat oil in a cast-iron skillet over high heat until shimmering.
- Sear salmon flesh-side down for 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook for 2-3 minutes more.
- Chop romaine lettuce and toss with Caesar dressing and parmesan cheese.
- Warm tortillas in a dry pan for 15 seconds per side.
- Place lettuce in the center of the tortilla, top with flaked salmon, and roll tightly.
