- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Sear chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove chicken from the pan and let it rest on a plate for 5 minutes.
- Reduce heat to medium and add butter to the skillet. Once foaming, stir in minced garlic and sauté for 60 seconds.
- Stir in lemon juice and fresh parsley to create the glaze.
- Return chicken and any resting juices to the pan, spooning the sauce over the meat for 2 minutes before serving.
