Description

Golden-brown pan-seared chicken breasts glazed in a rich, aromatic garlic butter sauce with a hint of lemon and fresh parsley.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Sear chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  4. Remove chicken from the pan and let it rest on a plate for 5 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat to medium and add butter to the skillet. Once foaming, stir in minced garlic and sauté for 60 seconds.
  6. Stir in lemon juice and fresh parsley to create the glaze.
  7. Return chicken and any resting juices to the pan, spooning the sauce over the meat for 2 minutes before serving.
