Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 Granny Smith apples
  • 6 wooden skewers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  2. Combine butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup in a heavy-bottomed saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Stir constantly until butter is melted and sugar is dissolved.

  6. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.

  8. Place apples on parchment paper and let set for 10 minutes before serving.
