- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 pack taco seasoning
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz spaghetti noodles
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
- Sauté diced onion and minced garlic in the same skillet for 3 minutes.
- Transfer beef and aromatics to the slow cooker.
- Stir in taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, and beef broth until well combined.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours.
- Stir in dry spaghetti noodles and cook for another 30-45 minutes until al dente.
- Fold in shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted before serving.
