Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 pack taco seasoning
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz spaghetti noodles
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
  2. Sauté diced onion and minced garlic in the same skillet for 3 minutes.
  3. Transfer beef and aromatics to the slow cooker.
  4. Stir in taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, and beef broth until well combined.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours.
  6. Stir in dry spaghetti noodles and cook for another 30-45 minutes until al dente.
  7. Fold in shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted before serving.
