Description
A decadent fusion of a classic Italian pasta dish and an American grilled cheese. Crispy, buttery sourdough stuffed with cheesy spaghetti.

- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 2 cups cooked spaghetti with marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Butter the outside of the bread slices and sprinkle with garlic powder.
- Place one slice butter-side down in a skillet.
- Add a layer of mozzarella cheese over the bread.
- Spread cooked spaghetti and sauce evenly over the cheese.
- Top with sharp cheddar cheese and the second slice of bread (butter-side up).
- Grill over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
