A refreshing chilled dessert combining translucent sago pearls, creamy coconut milk, and fresh strawberries.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup sago pearls
- 2 cups water
- 1 can (400ml) coconut milk
- 1/3 cup condensed milk
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, diced
Instructions
- Bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
- Add sago pearls and stir for 2 minutes.
- Simmer for 15 minutes until translucent.
- Rinse pearls under cold water and drain.
- Mix coconut milk and condensed milk in a bowl.
- Fold in sago pearls and strawberries.
- Chill before serving.
