Description
A decadent fusion of garlic-herb butter and tender seared chicken served over silky linguine pasta.
Ingredients

- 1 lb Chicken Breasts
- 12 oz Linguine
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Lemon Zest
- 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken and sear in a skillet until cooked through; remove and rest.
- Boil linguine in salted water until al dente.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat until foaming.
- Stir in minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Whisk in lemon juice, zest, parsley, and red pepper flakes; simmer for 2 minutes.
- Toss cooked linguine into the sauce until well coated.
- Slice chicken and serve on top of the pasta.
