Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cans (15 oz) cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 4 oz diced green chiles
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions

  1. Place chicken, beans, green chiles, cumin, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and broth in the crockpot.
  2. Cover and cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours.
  3. Remove the chicken breasts and shred them using two forks on a cutting board.
  4. Stir the shredded chicken back into the crockpot.
