- 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
- 4 oz softened cream cheese

Instructions
- Boil rotini pasta until just al dente, then drain and rinse with cold water.
- Whisk together buffalo sauce and softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Stir shredded chicken and diced celery into the sauce mixture.
- Combine the creamy chicken mixture with the chilled pasta, tossing to coat.
- Gently fold in blue cheese crumbles.
